A localização, a cama e os travesseiros excelentes e o maravilhoso café da manhã. Quarto silencioso e amplo, com uma bela vista para a cidade.

A banheira é relativamente perigosa, devia ter mais barras de apoio, e o sabonete e xampu ficam fora do alcance quando se está tomando banho de imersão.

Sa localisation Le personnel accueillant et charmant Le petit déjeuner varié

La chambre qui a beaucoup d’une bonne dose de ménage (traces sur les murs, poussières dans les coins, rideaux qui ont dû être blancs il y a longtemps) et de rénovation (table d’appoint qui se décompose, fauteuil usé, salle de bain à rafraîchir, la climatisation qui fait un peu de bruit…). Vu le prix de la chambre, une bouilloire aurait été appréciée… J’ai apprécié l’humour de la réceptionniste pour sa description de la chambre “avec vue sur la plaza espana”

Me esculcaron mo bolso.peronal mientras que desayunaba y me robaron 300 Euros la pwrsona que hizo la limpieza fue encuestion de minutos no saco todo pwro como tenia 1700 saco 300 como para que uno se de era cuenta

La eficiencia y la simpatía por parte del personal, que nos permitió hacer check in antes de la hora prevista o dejar el equipaje el día de la salida. Camas cómodas, baño actualizado y la habitación tenía un balcón estupendo que daba a la parte de atrás del hotel. Y por supuesto la ubicación, cerca de todo y con varias paradas del metro muy cerca.

El aparato del aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacía más ruido del habitual. Era un fin de semana con muchos eventos en Madrid, pero el precio nos pareció un poco elevado.
