Affordable nights stay

The managers were very friendly. The room was another story. Shower did not work, which was the least you’d ask for. Disappointing.

Main lobby smelled of smoke/marijuana (although the room did not). Low-average cleanliness. Disappointed that they advertised a complementary breakfast but the only real choice was some fruit cups and prepackaged blueberry muffin.

Hallway carpets were rippled, dirty, & worn. Bathroom had grout missing from floor. No ADA bars in bathtub. Staff were indifferent when asking for first level rooms because no elevator. Driveway difficult because of large unavoidable potholes. Difficult for an elderly or a handicapped person to stay here. Shocking for a Windham property.

The driveway leading the property had many potholes. The road was terrible and it was very hazardous. Not a good first impression. The hotel is dated but served our needs for one night.

This hotel smelled like mold, mildew and urine. Rooms were damp. Continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, juice boxes and muffins in a plastic bag. Very poor hotel for the money spent. Needs a serious upgrade

Overall clean and quiet. Staff was limited but friendly and helpful. Property is dated and the driveway into the facility is in desperate need of repair.

Giant potholes in driveway. Many things broken in room and building. Terrible breakfast. Staff was friendly,.

Pretty run down inside. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds really too small.
