La posizione è comodissima proprio di fronte alla fermata dei vaporetti per raggiungere tutti i punti di Venezia. La colazione gratuita inclusa è un grande plus. Ci tengo a sottolineare la cordialità e la gentilezza dello staff. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà personali di salute durante il nostro soggiorno e lo staff è stato impeccabile, aiutandoci in tutti i modi possibili, e dandoci tanto sostegno umano. Grazie tante. Ci torneremo sicuramente per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Venezia.

The location is superb. Even if you don't want to go into the centre of Venice, there is a lovely Osteria below the hotel and a choice of good bars, with good atmosphere

Struttura intima, in parte di recente ristrutturazione. Vicinissima alla fermata del traghetto ( basta attraversare la strada). Carino e accogliente. Checkin autonomo e colazione semplice ma buona che accontenta tutti i gusti.
