Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great with rotating opinions. Great location for Metro or driving to DC and Baltimore. We have stayed at a few Residence Inn and have never been disappointed.

"Marriott still the gold standard for guest service!"

Customer service here is outstanding even by Marriott’s normal high standards! Wendy at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful - she made us feel like royalty checking in and appreciated how long I had been a Bonvoy member. When I wanted some ice for my water bottle for a day of walking around D.C. someone on the maintenance team (sadly, I didn’t catch his name…) went to get some for me from the kitchen since there was not a guest-accessible machine in the lobby area. It would have been easy to just say “Sorry” and that would have been fine - but he went the extra mile. Great people here!

The customer service was exceptional each visit. The Hotel was very clean, warm, and welcoming. The various staff were all very professional, yet friendly and welcoming. It’s evident that management cares about their guests and the staff.
