It was great for the rate! Clean rooms, friendly staff. Didn't check out the facilities as we were only there to sleep. Would stay again if I was in the area.

We love the water slide and pool!

Beds were a bit hard. Power went out at midnight and back on at 330 am, nothing was offered or no apology, my kids were scared. Found hairs in the bathroom sink upon arrival.

Nice clean rooms. BUT no handsoap. We were to use body wash soap for that. I think that is being cheap. I booked 2 queen sized beds and we ended up with 2 double sized beds! Not good when husband is 6foot 4 inches

The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment. Waffles were soggy, watched the lady make them, she used her fingers, no gloves to try to pull it off the waffle grill. She needs to spray it with a non stick spray to help with that. Also, very little selection, the only protein was hard boiled eggs. This place used to offer 4 times this much food, like bagels, fruit, 4 choices of cereal, bacon, sausage etc. Very disappointing. Normally when we book a hotel room, our credit card is not charged until we leave. They charged our card 4 days before we got there, then wanted another $100 charge for incidentals. Unimpressed!!

"Was a roof over our head for the night."

Didn't need to use room key to operate elevator.

Beds were not so comfortable, could feel springs. No hand soap in the room. Was so called upgraded to a King Suite which wasn't suitable for us, as I was traveling with my brother and his partner, so they changed us back to a room with 2 queen beds, and the room key was giving us trouble at first, they were going to move us again and I was done moving, so they figured out the room key situation. Breakfast was okay very basic and really could use a bit of improvement like offer bagels, muffins, different kind of bread instead of just white and whole wheat, 2 fruits, there was apples maybe add an orange or banana, there is waffles available when they come out of the back area where they were making them.
