Excellent location, in the centre of Bologna. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was typical of Italy. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. Xx

The accomodation is centrally located. The staff is excellent, helping customers with their requests. We left behind post cards, and these arrived without any issue to their destinations. The hotel even helped arrange a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and a reccomendation Deffinitly worth taking into consideration.

It is a bit on the pricier side, but the service you get is compensation for a lot.

LOCATION EXCELLENT, STAFF PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL, RESTAURANT WAS GOOD, INTERESTING VIBE WITH ARTISTS WORK THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL

ROOM SMALL AND NO ROOM TO OPEN A LARGE SUITCASE. BATHROOM TINY AND NEEDED UPDATING. PAINT BLISTERING ON WALLS AND TILE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NEEDED A LITTLE LARGER SPACE.
