Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 9/06 al 14/06. La struttura si trova in una zona centralissima: a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali punti d’interesse di Siviglia, inoltre, a pochissimi minuti a piedi si trova anche una fermata del pullman. Nota super positiva per la piscina all’ultimo piano. Piccola ma ben curata e perfetta per una pausa dopo il giro della città. L’hotel è moderno, curato e pulito. Lo staff è gentile ed accogliente. Consigliato!!

El hotel está completamente reformado, con una decoración muy bonita y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. La limpieza es excepcional.

Hay pocas plazas de aparcamiento y en la calle es complicado encontrar sitio. En la zona de la piscina haría falta más espacio con sombra.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et disponible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel a mi chemin des principales attractions touristiques. La piscine qui n'est jamais pleine à craquer de monde . Les lieux sont très modernes, et la décoration est vraiment top.

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de cafetière dans les chambres.

L'ampiezza della camera

Staff, direttore. Dopo che gli amici che viaggiavano con noi hanno subito un furto in camera, non ci hanno minimamente supportato, né hanno offerto alcuna forma di ristoro o risarcimento. Sono stati svostanti e infastiditi. La sicurezza della struttura non è per nulla garantita. Verso mezzanotte i ladri sono entrati e usciti con i trolley rubati attraverso l'unico ingresso della struttura senza che nessuno della reception gli dicesse nulla. Altri disservizi hanno riguardato la mancata sintonizzazione dei canali TV italiani e la mancata risoluzione di problemi con l'aria condizionata, problemi segnalati tutti i giorni.
