Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn

James was incredibly helpful and courteous from the professionalism in picking us up to the helpful recommendations.

I appreciate that James C. was able to pick us up from Midway and help us get to the Hilton. He made our Pokemon Go experience really great.

James was an awesome driver and the people at the front were so awesome as well, especially Natalie! Would definitely stay again!

Didn’t get the room that wanted. My son has to sleep on a horrible roll up bed that looked like the bottom of it had blood stains on it. The staff couldn’t even bring it to the room, they left it at the door. We weren’t compensated for anything except for one night of parking. We booked two queens and got a king instead.

Staff, especially the front desk. The front desk was very accommodating with requests. For example they had a stained chair in my room switch out expeditiously.

The guest room. As I entered the room I right away noticed a stained upholstery chair in the corner. The wood on the upper left side of the vanity in the bathroom seemed to be pulling away from the vanity. The carpet was not indicative of the hotel's brand.

The room was very clean. Temperature was comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good quality towels. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Shower has good pressure. Staff were very friendly. Near restaurants. Near bus stops. I feel safe walking around the area. Shuttle service to train station.

Breakfast is not complimentary. It is $26.50 per person, expensive. We just ended eating out for breakfast. Wifi cannot be connected on your last day, the check out day. Check out is at 11 am, but wifi is already disconnected at 7am. I cannot connect back after several attempts. Loud on Saturday night, it feels like some people were partying on the hallway outside our bedroom. Sunday night stay was quiet though. Cleaning people were making loud sounds when cleaning adjacent room (banging doors, banging walls).
