Location and functionality of room was great, highly recommend

We didn't like anything about our stay here. The communication from the hotel after contacting them with our concerns has also been very poor.

We originally booked 5 nights but left after just 1 night because the standards were unacceptable. 2 of the 3 lifts were not working and appeared to be under repair. The wait for the only working lift was extremely long. When we reached our room, we immediately noticed the poor condition. Stains on the walls, dirty windows, marks on the floors and even stains on the chair. The air-con control panel was also broken and we couldn't adjust it. That night we barely slept. The air-conditioning made really loud buzzing noises every few minutes, the walls were extremely thin, and we could hear other guests and trams throughout the night. Then at around 8am, workmen started working inside the hotel. There was an almost constant drilling that was vibrating throughout our room. One of the worst nights sleep we've ever had. The lift situation continued the next morning. The wait was so long that my pregnant wife chose to walk down and later up 6 flights of steep stairs with no handrails. The single lift was serving around 8 floors of guests, staff and workmen. It couldn't keep up with the demand. Breakfast was also extremely disappointing for £15 each. The selection was very limited, the food was poor and what we got went in the bin. The coffee from the machine tasted of limescale and didn't get finished. We've never left a hotel breakfast feeling hungry before, but it was so bad that we had to go and find somewhere else to eat. At this point, faced with another 4 nights of the same issues, we felt that we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel. The basic standards of cleanliness, a quiet place to sleep and working facilities were not being met. We contacted Citybox to request a partial refund for the unused nights. They acknowledged our concerns and said they would review the situation internally, but almost 3 weeks later we're still waiting for the outcome. A very disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

La facilité d'enregistrement, je ne connais jamais l'heure de fin des réunions, c'est très pratique et facile à l'usage.

La parte del check-in in loco tutto in digitale rende tutto più veloce. Stanza comoda e posizione abbastanza buona.

Dålig AC och fönster som inte gick att stänga i rum 521. Dessutom dålig ventilation för att ta bort fukt på badrummet!
