Il y a eu un bruit très gênant qui s'est répété tout le long de mon séjour et le personnel qui est intervenu n'a pas vraiment montré un intérêt à agir

Camere nuove con tutti i comfort, la seduta a panca l'avrei tolta, per dare piu spazio. Per il resto tutto ok Posizione anche buona vicina a metro e tram

Assenza totale di reception. Tutto touch. Però ha funzionato quindi niente da dire

Es ist mitten in der Stadt. Parken um einzuchecken ist kaum machbar, das Hotel war auch keine große Hilfe. Außerdem darf man in nur noch mit registrierten Autos nach Brüssel einfahren und die Euro 5 Norm, grüne Plakette in Deutschland, ist nicht mehr erlaubt. Das kostet dann 35 Euro pro Tag, den man das Auto dort bewegt, also zum und vom Hotel mal eben zusätzliche 70 Euro. Keine Stadt, die ich noch mal mit dem Auto besuchen würde.

The room size was excellent for a solo traveller, offering plenty of space and comfort. The facilities were modern, the shower was outstanding, and everything was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. Although the hotel operates on a self-service basis, including check-in, staff are available whenever assistance is needed and are extremely helpful and accommodating.

The only minor downside was that the room did not have a coffee machine.

道路に面した部屋が割り当てられたが、一晩中車の音、近くを走るトラムの音でうるさく眠れなかった。窓を確認すると、パッキンが壊れているようで全く防音が機能していなかった。部屋を変えようにも、スタッフが夜おらず、メッセージにも応答がなかった。他のホテルに泊まった方が良い。
