The rooms are completely renewed and spacious, the location is excellent, and the service, especially from the front desk was outstanding. Janice was very attentive to us. I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but I had an excellent experience

"We had a lovely stay, but it wasn't as grand as I had hoped."

The room was spacious & cozy. There was a fireplace & jetted tub. There were lots of towels & extra linens. We were given an electric heater upon request.

The building is older so some things are in need of updating. Our stay was at the end of April & this hotel had no heat available only A/C. The temp dropped at night so the room was cold. They covered the beautiful terracotta tile with LVT. We had an OK view, but nothing special.

Location was nice

Old, outdated.. my room was at 86 degrees the entire time. Was told check out was at 11. It was at 10am. Resort fees
