Beautiful property, very clean with breathtaking views. Check-in was quick and flawless. All request were completed in minutes. Hotel is in walking distance of Walmart and small shopping center. (definitely a perk). We appreciate Adam (front desk) most of all for being so attentive during our entire five day stay. My husband and I will be returning.

"Wonderful work retreat"

The room was so cozy! The French doors closing off the bedroom were a beautiful touch! The lobby was very clean, and the conference rooms were delightful. All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again for business or pleasure!

"The perfect hotel"

Our family met at the Renaissance from around the country to have a celebration of life service for one of our relatives. There were several people who helped us with the planning of this event, from obtaining a room and making sure it had food and other items that were needed to make the event happen. The hotel made our sad occasion so much better. Everyone was caring and compassionate and efficient and understanding. I can't thank you enough for helping our family. You can rest assured that we will always stay at the Renaissance any time we are in the area.

A 4:00 PM check-in time while pushing a $20 "early" check in time is an egregious money grab, especially when there are fewer than 10 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived. I will no longer book your hotels if the check in time is not until 4 pm. The lobby bar and restaurant business hours were very haphazard.

The staff was very nice. However, they were doing work on the outside of the building. Very noise and I asked if they were going to working during our stay. The reply was no, but it was a yes. we switched rooms and were next to service elevator. We checked out the next day and relocated to another hotel.
