"We regularly visit family in Seal Beach and will choose Ayres for our stays!"

We truly were happy with our room. Pluses include a comfortable bed, clean bedroom and bathroom, didn’t have to wait long for hot shower water, a delicious and filling breakfast and coffee in our room.

The only thing I could think of is you might consider painting or refinishing the front entrance door.
