Convenient, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

The staff was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed breakfast, and dinner/ kickback. The location was also convenient to everything.

The view from our room was facing what looked like a conference room. No outside view. Also it would be nice if they could keep the pool and jacuzzi open a little later for adult use only, the amount of kids left unattended was a little annoying to me.

This was my first stay at a Drury hotel and I was not disappointed! Room and bathroom were very clean - almost new looking. All of the staff that we encountered from front desk to housekeeping to food area were exceptional! Everyone seemed to pitch in and help during a very busy and chaotic happy hour/meal time. The staff seemed to get along very well and worked as a team. Great location for us visiting an optometry student at OSU. Easy walk to Short North where there are many restaurants and bars. North Market is a great place for food.

Free buffet-style breakfast and dinner are wonderful. All those workers are very kind and extend a warm welcome to all guests. The location of the hotel and parking lot is very convenient for accessing the Greater Columbus Convention Center. You can walk directly to the Convention Center through the hotel's attached gate, which I did not know when I booked the hotel. The front desk staff and all the employees are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend the hotel.

We chose to have a staycation here based on the good reviews during our children’s spring break for two nights while we attended a Blue Jackets game and COSI. It was a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, orderly, and working. Every staff member was exceedingly friendly, kind, and helpful- true “Midwest nice” vibes! The manager was always walking around, assisting foodservice, and interacting with guests during breakfast and kickback. Special shout outs to Yodit at the front desk for the upgraded room with the view and Leon in the foodservice area for catering to all the children at kickback. My kiddos are still raving about his “Sour Patch Kids” mocktails. If you have any reason to come to downtown Columbus, this is the hotel you should be booking!
