Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean.

The price was a little higher than I was expecting but it wasnt outrageous.

It was clean and organized. Staff was polite. We loved having access to breakfast and kickback and beverages during the day.

There were people wearing furry costumes in the pool so we didn’t feel comfortable taking our children to swim.

Front desk, bar and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful.

I was so impressed with the hospitality of all the staff. Everyone was so cheerful, always inquiring if you needed anything. Big shout out to Holly Darby. This girl rocks! Let's not forget the bartender during 5:30 kickback on 5/20 and 5/21! Didn't get his name but he was awesome. Definitely will be back

The breakfast was good and the room was nice

Location was awesome. Onsite parking was convenient. Breakfast was delicious and a welcome plus! The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our family’s room needs.

Parking garage is really tight for a large vehicle and it was hard to find a parking spot and maneuver our car in the garage during our stay- we did appreciate that parking was in the hotel building. One elevator for the building was a bit inconvenient.
