Veronica the receptionist at checkout was great. The breakfast was awesome

Deposit was $100 . Indoor pool was COLD , not heated. Carpet needs an upgrade, comforters need an upgrade. Water was cut off for a little while. Wifi was slow . It was a cheap option so I got what I paid for .

booked 2 nights and my luggage was gone when I returned to room. Front desk not very understanding and said I needed to book another night. Hi had my receipt from booking.com and said I did not need to book another night and that they needed to fix. Manager said they have nothing to do with booking.com! They later discovered it was their error. Luckily they found my luggage. First night room smelled like dog. Next day was much better aside from my luggage being cleared out.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool, very clean with a beach ball available. The bathroom inside the room was very clean and had plenty of fresh towels. The tv worked well and had many channels to choose from. There were lots of pillows for the beds with extra in the closet. The heating and air system worked well.

I had called and requested ground floor rooms immediately after booking and was told they had that arranged. Third floor rooms when we checked in. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was hot but was low quality. Scrambled eggs were tasteless as well as gravy and oatmeal. The juices were watered down to nearly flavorless.
