"Double charged me"

Charged my credit card twice. Said they couldn’t find it when I called them. Watch out for this place. Something is wrong there. Not happy!

"Decent staff, Clean spaces"

Sandra at check-in, was lovely and kind and very helpful. Our room was clean, and well stocked. Because it's not brand new, some wear showed, but everything worked well. Checkout was smooth and friendly, and my latte was perfect. This chain seems to have done away with free breakfast, but for me that isn't a problem. You can still get coffee for free, just not a fancy one. I would stay with this location again.

Called early to inform them of a late arrival. Was given a handicapped room. The sheets and towels were stained, and the ceilings were thin—I was awakened at 2 a.m. by children running above.

"Should not have the Marriott name!"

We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working in ours. The maintenance person came in and said yep- this is as low as she goes. It said 60 degrees, but it certainly wasn’t even close to 60 degrees. Also, hard to work when the wifi isn’t working in the hotel and no one knows why or how to get it fixed. This is not a good look for a Marriott property. The front desk staff was nice and said they were getting a renovation in August /September. It’s a good thing because the room is very tired. The bathroom is old and the tub has been painted and the paint is peeling off. All of the furniture in the room looks at least 20 years old.

"Be aware , Extremely bad hotel!!!!!!!"

Attention attention . Don’t stay here the lady at the front desk acted like she was going fall out , had the lines backed up and did not want any help . The front desk lady gave me the exact same room number as another guest , then she charged me for my room and a stranger behind me, The room was hot and they said maintenance would come that never happened and they never changed my room . I addressed my concerns with the manager she was loud and rude. This was a horrible stay, please don’t waste your money here .
