The night staff was very helpful and friendly.

The walls at this hotel are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms next door to you. The first room given to me had dirty sheets. The second room had bedbugs which the hotel does not want to take accountability for. The manager Tammy asked why didn't I report the bites to the staff although I told her I did not notice them until I returned home late Saturday night which was in the timeframe for bite marks to appear and explaining that I left the hotel at 6:50 in the morning for a ball game. She then stated the bites could have happened at the park where the temp was below 50 degrees until 2:00 in the afternoon as if my shoulders, back and arms would be exposed 40 degree weather. Breakfast was not out when I left but according to her it was fully set up. Do not stay at this location. There is a Hampton Inn and other hotels in the area that would be better value for your comfort and safety.

The room was clean and comfy.

For the price, I was very well pleased. The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and fresh having been recently remodeled. We stayed there in 2018 and 2026 and will stay there again for our next visit.

The building is older and the walls a little thinner than pricier and newer hotels. Therefore, the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the upstairs shower. But without completely gutting the building I don't know that soundproofing can be improved.
