For my purposes, this property was perfect. Reasonably priced, extremely clean and neat and the desk clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Anytime I come to Waco, I will be staying here.

Listen, this motel is no frills (dated) but we don't have any complaints! It was quiet, bed was comfy, hot water worked, and it offered a microwave and mini fridge AND the vanity area had good lighting for applying my makeup (that matters!). Lots of food choices near. We had breakfast at a place called "the breakfast place" I believe it was called (lots of food for your money) and we did not eat the rest of the day outside of some Tiffs Treats cookies. If I had to, I would stay there again.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The maid staff does an excellent job and they were very considerate in asking if we needed anything else for our room. Check in and out was easy. The lady at the desk that checked us in was very friendly and polite. Would stay again

"Not a great stay , worst we have had in Texas and one of the more expensive !"

Hotel felt safe

Small square pillows and only one each so made for a very bad night's sleep Hotel could do with a lot of TLC Floor was dirty Bathroom tub has heaps of marks Peephole in door had paper shoved into it ? Location was way out of where we wanted to be.
