The room was so clean and good location to downtown.

We checked in like before 5pm .No AC in our room and so hot when we came in our room.I mentioned to the front desk before we went to our bed, he just suggested just open your window.i hope the Manager can do something about this .

The room was very quiet despite being on a busy street. Is nicer inside than the exterior would suggest. Was walking distance to what we needed. Was good value- most hotels in Victoria are very overpriced. Fresh flowers in the lobby were a nice touch. Would stay again.

Rooms are a bit tired / dated, but this was not a big deal for us. Parking is a bit tight when you have a big vehicle like we did ( truck ) because itโ€™s taken up by rental car parking.
