There was no water bottle which must be included. 500 ml bottle cost 2.50$ which was not worth. Usually, motel provides drinkable water which is necessity. This is basic service. So i hope you will consider it.

Nice room, nice tv, nice bed

The room had a kitchen. Cutlery and crockery provided was very poor quality and few in number. Spending a few dollars on this would considerably enhance the room feel.

For the location, directly off Douglas St., it was very quiet! And it was on a light so super easy to get in and out. So much or what we needed was right nearby, and easy to get to with direct routes.

It was very hot, but our air conditioner did struggle in the evening. We sorted out, after the fact, that we could turn it off and back on again to reset it. It was nice having the extra fan in the room to support.

The hotel was nice. And they took good care of my wife brain cancer in Christmas 2024.

Location, room was relatively clean

Room was tiny! Bed was almost as wide as space it was in. Very clausterphobic

The room was so clean and good location to downtown.

We checked in like before 5pm .No AC in our room and so hot when we came in our room.I mentioned to the front desk before we went to our bed, he just suggested just open your window.i hope the Manager can do something about this .
