Comfortable, great location, clean, good size room space and great basic amenities and clean appliances. Definitely recommended.

Everything is great just wishing maybe next if customer can have a SMALL OR MINI KETTLE separate from the coffee machine so we can boiled just hot water instead using the coffee machine. It's more like a suggestion not a complaint.

We stayed 4 days. My only complaint is that the walls were dirty by the nightstand, like someone had tossed coffee. Otherwise, they have met my expectations and will definitely return. The customer service was fantastic, the rooms were nicely updated and the price is a complete bargain. Couldn't get into the Sandman so booked here. Where has this place been? New place of accommodations when we are in Victoria and will recommend. Thank you

La localisation est le principale élément qui m'a fait choisir cet hotel ainsi que le prix abordable. Le personnel était acceuilant et amicale.

La literie n'était pas en grande forme et les choses fournies étaient au stricte minimum. Avoir eu besoin de matériel il fallait aller se le procurer à l'acceuil soit même. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et tu tapis partout.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Very handy for buses to city centre and to and from the ferry. Helpful people at the front desk. Also the price

Sadly since Ricky's burnt down there are not any good places to eat within walking distance

We booked two rooms. The rooms were very good, very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The circuits may need additional maintainence. When we heated instant food with microwave, the power went out. We were in a hurry, so we used other room's microwave. The ventilation may need improvement too. We had to open window for fresh air.

Room was extremely hot. Hallway to our room had people yelling at eachother, which looked like a drug deal going bad. Bed was alright for one night sleep. Hill to park on was a little steep. Customer service agent at hotel was extremely friendly.

Price for the room, no additional perks (breakfast, pool, etc...). I did not like the fact that there were people in the hallway to our room on first floor who were yelling at eachother, looked like a drug deal was going wrong!

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with ideas of places to eat. It was also great that being able to rent a car for our vacation was in the same lobby area.
