Super friendly staff, clean rooms and decent location. Breakfast was nice: choice of one menu item (good quality) and buffet. The breakfast buffet was good, but not "excellent". The rooms, although very small, were clean and well maintained.

The rooms are VERY small. We had read this from previous reviews, however, despite this we were still surprised with how small they were. There is not even a closet! The spa/pool area is also small and not very "cosy" with passing foot traffic. All in all nice hotel, but overpriced for what you get. The quality of the restaurant could also improve (although it was not bad, but again not good value-for-money).

Gorgeous, elegant, great location, art-infused

The thermostat in our room seemed to be set at a fairly warm temperature, we could change it but the limit didn’t allow the room to become cool enough for comfortable sleeping.

This is not just a hotel, it’s a piece of art! Marvelous ambient atmosphere everywhere you go. The library was a perfect place to relax and get some work done. The room was very comfortable, and the team amazing — they made adjustments for my stay and were always ready to help. Perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve been to worldwide.
