Very comfortable stylish hotel in a good location. The swimming pool was lovely and equipped with hydrotherapy jets. Breakfast was excellent with both a buffet and items cooked to order. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

"A pretty hotel, centrally located, nice staff, would consider staying again."

Great location, hotel is well appointed, has a pool, and amazing library. The breakfast options were great and a kind staff.

There was no air conditioning, only forced air, I called three times to ask about it until the maintenance team came up and explained that the entire hotel is on one system. Also the room on the weekends your can hear the music from the restaurant on the weekends.

Le cadre, l’emplacement est top. Très bon restaurant. Personnel très agréable, les chambres sont très belles, bien équipées, calme. Piscine et spa appréciable, superbe bibliothèque, et salle de cinéma hyper belle.

"Aangenaam verblijf, maar helaas vroeg wakker door lawaai van cleaning room deuren"

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en gevarieerd. Ook de fitness en wellness waren goed onderhouden en proper. Een klein aandachtspunt is de service bij het ontbijt: op sommige dagen werden we meerdere keren gevraagd of we nog iets wensten, terwijl we op een andere dag ongeveer 20 minuten moesten wachten op thee. Hier zou meer consistentie in de service welkom zijn.

Wij hebben een upgrade gekregen, maar kamer 102 lag vlak naast de cleaning room. Vanaf 7 uur ’s ochtends was er veel lawaai door karren die verplaatst werden en mensen die luid aan het praten waren. Dit zorgde voor een minder goede ervaring.
