we encountered many problems during our time…. 1st, our room key wouldn’t work for the pool room and we could only get in through the “broken” door that happened to be unlocked. Then the sauna was not operating. We tried a couple times to turn the knob and the light would work but it would never heat up. Then we got to the room. It was very nice and the bed was decently comfortable. We go to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we realized the chain had become detached in the toilet. Instead of bothering the desk, we reached in to fix it, yet it still wouldn’t work and flush. Due to it being so late in the night we had no desire to move to another room and restarted to manually flushing. very frustrating experience.
