Air conditioning was not effective. Staff at front desk were not helpful.

La habitacion y el lugar fantásticos, cerca de la estacion de tren, si pides en mostrador te dan el pase de transporte local gratis. La habitacion tiene hervidor para prepararte un te o café, todo impecable.,

Me hubiera gustado que en recepcion te ayudaran mas con sugerencias turisticas.

Süßes altes Hotel was sehr zentral liegt. Der Check In lief schnell und reibungslos.

In den frischen Betten waren vereinzelt schwarze Haare zu finden. Sehr schade, dass es in den Zimmern keine kleinen Kühlschränke gibt.

The proximity to the train station and the center of town. The breakfast was good for the adults and children in our group.

The television or the air conditioner did not work in our room.

Nära tågstationen, nära centrum. Bra rum och frukost.

We didn't have the best experience. The baby cot we got was broken and screws were falling, which is a serious choking hazard. The cot dismantled when we put the baby on it and baby was not able to sleep in the cot. The AC was on, on 18 degrees but broken, we couldn't switch it off and the light coming from the AC was too strong so we couldn't sleep. We tried to call the number left at the reception, because no one was there, and no one was responsive. We sent messages but no one replied or helped us, so we barely had any sleep that night. There was no fridge. The room was clean and the location was not bad, but considering all - it was overpriced room with bad service.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Hunde sind willkommen. Alles in allem ein super Hotel für einen Trip nach Salzburg.

Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss, mit klimaanlage, leider hat sie nicht gekühlt, es hatte über 30 Grad im Zimmer, schlafen kaum möglich.
