the garbage, they don’t clean your room (only once per week), you have to throw the garbage, shower didn’t work for 3 days

I had the WORST experience that I have EVER experienced in my entire life when dealing with rental room. My situation is very long and this review only allows a certain amount of characters so I will just say this much: 1. I think that property is some sort of halfway house cause there were quite a few unsavory characters in the office as well as renters who were there. 2. The office persons were very unfriendly, rude and evasive too as they seldom answered the phone especailly when problems arose they were not answering the office phone NOR the on-call phone for a long time. 3. Things were broken in the rooms and they acted as if it were a hassle to fix it or the renters fault. Took thier sweet time to fix it. So basically to sum this up, I was initially given a trashy room & when I asked to cancel so I can go elswhere she offered a better room at same rate. I went to check the room but the key wouldnt open it. A maid let me in. The room seemed re-done but the tv had no signal, and the stove was missing a knob to turn on the eyelet. So I went back to the office and told her all these things. she said ok and it would be fixed by the time I get back to the room from a grocery store trip. When I made it back from the store it was 7pm dark and the office was closed. My keycard was still not letting me in. I called the after hours number and no one was answering. I began to panic as it was dark and I dont know the unsavory ppl around there. One even asked me if I was "looking fo

The guy who worked the front desk was not very accommodating. I was told on the site it was a smoking room. Then I arrive and he tells me no smoking rooms at all on the property. No attempt to try and accommodate or at least apologize. It was just more of a I don’t care attitude!!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They need to update the pictures or the rooms

Shout out to the staff that lets you see the room before you check in! The room was so run down. Nothing like the pictures. The hotel was under goin remodeling. I hope it’s not just a cheaply done patch up job!
