InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - I-64 Crossways Blvd

Not a good place to stay

I loved how quiet and nice the inside of the room was, very clean, and very useful with the kitchen. However, i didn’t like that housekeeping knocks on your door then just opens it, also the area around the suites is not super safe but when your in the room or near it it’s safe. They have a laundry facility which was super useful as week. Overall i had a great experience

I was refused the type room I reserved months prior needed beds only got one king,they told me take it or leave it,very rude staff.

The workers in the office were nice and informative. And the stay was great. It was clean. The only negative is that the room smelled like smoke but I brought sprays and sprayed everyday.

They couldnt keep the reservation as it was made...reservation was for premium room...but they claimed not to have any...put me in a bare bone lower class room...and insisted it would cost the same...and.." deposit returned on check out...as stated at check in ..now might take up ro 5 days to get back...... will never stay there again...

The property location was fine for where I was working BUT for the extra few dollars for a premium it was basic and I can only imagine what the regular one looked like.

I didn’t like the rules- for an extended stay you are only allowed 2 towels, no dishes no cups no pots or pans or even an extra roll of toilet paper and they didn’t refund my money after I checked out. I would never ever recommend or even stay at this facility AGAIN
