InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Baymeadows

We booked two nights at this hotel. The second night we got back only to find that our electronic key wasn't working to unlock the door. We went up front to get the key reset and the office was locked with no one working. We ran the bell and knocked on the door for almost an hour and no one ever showed up. There were two or three other rooms with the same problem, and we all ended up sleeping in our cars until someone showed up in the office the next morning. Would not recommend to anyone.

Check-in...had a different room than what i had reserved. when that was cleared, I got a room number and key got 2 it on the 2nd floor open the door and it was bad, it stink,old carpet. dusky nasty dark and scarey. Back 2 check-in got keys for another room and a large water bug greeted us, it was smelly and dusty, cob webs in the ceiling beds was old stained and blankets wasn't clean, bed spreads wasn't cleaned, and didn't fit the beds.1of the bed sheet had not been change, no phone book. i felt the HEBEGEBEES!!!!! THIS HOTEL REALLY NEEDS 2 B TAKEN OFF YOUR LIST IT MAKES U LOOK BAAD. I will never ever go back.

I PAID FOR MY SON TO STAY FOR 7 NIGHTS AFTER HE MAJOR SURGERY TO HIS SHOULDAR, THE FIRST ROOM WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND WHEN THE MAID WAS CLEANING THE ROOM NEXT DOOR, HE SAID SOMEONE BANGED ON THE FLOOR FROM THE ROOM BELOW HIM SAYING HE WAS MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE, NEEEDLESS TO SAY HE WAS SLEEPING THE EFFECTS OF THE SURGERY AND WAS NOT MAKIGNANY NOISE, HE COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY DID MOVE HIM THE NEXT TO THE 1ST FLOOR, IN THAT ROOM THE TV VOLUMNE DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY BUT HE DEALT WITH IT SINCE HE WASN'T WATCHING TO MUCH TV ANYWAY. ON A WHOLE THE ROOM WORKED OUT FINE AND I WOULD THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

In bed for a couple of days and really only needed a bed so I was happy to pay as little as possible.

it was fine considering what I spent but I think next time I would see if I could go upscale.

Ceiling fell down the 1st night. Asked for another room and was pleasantly surprised that the 2nd room wasn't too bad. Never had any maid service at all for 6 days. Had to wash my own sheets and towels. Its a cheap place but the old saying still holds true: You get what you pay for.

The reviews kinda turned me away from this hotel, but I figured it had to be worth the money...and it was. The bed was comortable, the room didn't smell and the staff was always friendly.

Overall was " ok " fit how cheap it was.... Front desk bade me wait while she finished her"other work" thanked god I was her last reservation. The the morning crew knocked on my door 2 hours before checkout to ask me if I was checking out today. The service was a joke. The room was ok, out of tissue paper, water spots in the roof, just didn't speak well

I can't speak for the bed and carpet but the tileing in the kitchen area and bathroom was sticky and dirty. My white socks were black within minutes. I saw some black specks in the bathtub that made me shower with flip flops on. Cleanliness was my only issue while the location was conveniently close to the mcat testing center I was going to. I stopped by a nearby winndixie to get frozen food for my breakfast to save me money.

we went to orlando along witha 1 year kid n my wife and we decided to book this hotel and we were satisfied since we dont have any expectations. we took a afternoon nap, roam around jax beaches in the eve and started to orlando next early morning at 5 am. its accesible to indian resteraunt and other cuisnes and also just a mnt away from I95. what else one wants!
