InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Atlanta GA - Morrow

The first person I checked in with only charged me for a week at a time, even though my reservation was for 2 weeks and I appreciate that very much because I did not choose to stay 2 weeks.

The office was not actually open at times that were clearly posted on the door, website and even when I called the office, it was some lady who wasn't even there telling me the office is open when I'm standing outside looking at the office knocking on the door for 30 minutes she is telling me they are open when clearly they were not! I couldn't get into my room without my key but no one was around to make me another key. This happened 3 times. The office supposedly closes from 1 to 3 everyday and they don't tell people that. It's not posted anywhere that they can't help anyone at those times. Also, they call throwing some pictures on the wall and some cheap shelves up a renovation! Those rooms are NOT anything like the website and can hardly be considered a renovation. I wish they would stop trying to hype that up because the rooms look and feel just as crappy as ever.

The rooms have a cute decor and provide areas to unpack your things however the stay is ok. The hot water never really got hot, bc you have a kitchen, people cook smelly food that seeps through the walls, can definitely hear traffic all night long, the extra wifi fee (ridiculous btw), the frustration of the laundry room and setting up some stupid account was the most, I was looking for somewhere for a long term stay but in my overall opinion...it's just not worth the money.

Location was nice and the reception was great

the staff is rude. police always here for domestic situations. Kids playing in the streets and knocking on doors for play. I didn’t like anything about this property.
