InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - KSU Kennesaw

The desk clerk was VERY rude. No one on duty after 7 pm. Even though we waited for the room to be “cleaned” before checking in, it was not clean. There was food from the previous visitor on the floor. You were given one towel for the whole week. The bed was not comfortable at all. The area outside the hotel did not feel safe.

Roach infested. Front desk staff is rude, does not care about keeping you here. This place is under renovation but even the renovations are awful. No tub. Can’t keep food in cabinets due to roaches. Tried to keep food in microwave but they got in there too! Drug trafficking on premises. People hanging around outside smoking pot. My car was vandalized by unsupervised kids shoving items up my tailpipe.

Roach problems, Needs a great cleaning, bathroom sucks no tub with a bad shower, and the lights keeps jumping off every time you use the microwave and the rooms are too small. I think it's ridiculous considering the price per week. Every stay should be comfortable.

My father was in the hospital a few miles from this hotel. My husband booked a room for me based on the proximity to the hospital not knowing the office closes at 7pm. I arrived around 715 to check in. The office clerk was arguing with another guest in the hallway. I told him I was there to check in. He took a receipt and key that was stapled to the wall and handed it to me. The room was filthy. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rod. The dresser drawers were falling apart. To top it all off there was a large blood stain on the carpet. I refused to stay in this room but the office was now closed. I called my husband hysterically crying and went to the Marriott. My husband has been fighting with Expedia to get a refund. My only regret is that when I ran out I didn’t take pictures. The management should be ashamed trying to rent these rooms.

Do not stay here. Flight was delayed so I missed check in time, called the number on the outside of the building and was told I couldn't check in till Monday.. bare in mind it was Saturday night 10pm with a 4 month old baby, absolutely no help at all.. Paid for 2 double beds was given 1. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are run down, filthy and stink of weed. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here!

When I first arrived at this property is was very impressed by the landscaping. It was very neat and appealing. After entering the front office I was very impressed with the style and decoration of the furniture and the overall layout of the office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. After my initial preview of a room I knew I would be staying here for a undisclosed amount of time due to the fact that it is very neat and certainly affordable. Would I recommend this location to someone else, of course I would without hesitation.

Unless you're broke... even if you're broke pay the extra $5-10 a night and stay at Fairfield. If you don't care about cleanliness and perhaps you're looking for a historical moment stop on by but I stayed here for a week with great weekly rates but don't expect it to be clean. The housekeeper, yes singular that works here will come by once a week and will find every excuse not to clean your room. All I asked was that my sheets be changed after a week and they told me that they couldn't bc my suitcase was on the bed and they couldn't move it. I created an account just now after re-entering my room to tell you to please save yourself the trouble bc you deserve a clean hotel, and now I'm wondering what else is not clean... uggh

This place is very noisy (close to highway) and it stinks. I had paid to stay for a week but had to leave after only two nights. While checking in, the receptionist had confirmed my balance will be paid (charged at a daily rate) back if I chose to leave before the end of the week. When I requested for my balance upon checking out, only part of the balance was paid to me.. I was given a contact number to resolve my concerns, no one ever responded to my multiple calls. The staff were very rude anytime I tried to get an explanation. This has been my worst hotel experience.

During my stay there were cockroaches in the room.And the cabinets were literally falling apart.The water was off every day during the day.I could not even take a shower on the day of check out because the water was off.the carpet was filthy and stained with cigarette burns.People were outside of my room talking loudly and drinking all night.this place is a disgrace.it should be condemned.when the maid cleaned my room she left my door open.it was open when I returned from work.most of the rooms are filled with noisy,loud talking obnoxious permanent residents.

The property manager Lily is very nice and treats everyone with a lot of respect and makes people feel welcome. There are some major issues I feel everyone should know about. The water is turned off to the whole building frequently for 6-8 hours and sometimes longer. The washers and dryers and vending machines break down frequently. The rooms are not too bad if you can get past the water issues. They are updating some of the rooms and be warned they do NOT look anything like the website shows a room looks like. This is a convenient location to KSU and Town Center. The remodeled rooms have new beds the other rooms have old mattresses that need replacing but the company in my opinion does not want to spend money to fix things properly. They seem to do the absolute least they can to a room and really just care about the money going into their pocket not the guests. Also they charge a "Technology Fee" that nobody seems to know what it is. Because basic amenities are Cable TV, Free "Slow" WiFi and Electricity. Be careful if you are on the 3rd floor front there is wood rotting at the steps close to the office. The front of the building is the best side because the back has excessive paint peeling on the building, walkways and hand rails.
