The a/c nice. The bed stiff but ok. Old pillows. Easy to find.

The lady in the office. I tried to get a refund and she left! Took me 2 days to get my refund. Don't prepay, pay at the property. I got charged twice. I was told it might of been deposit. But nowhere does it say deposit on websites. That was my gas money and I have to get money borrowed from family to get home.

They are a bunch of liars. Don’t book this place.

The beds were comfortable. The maintenance man was kind and helpful. Aside from the following complaints, the room was clean and comfortable.

-I rented 2 rooms. One room only had one bath towel and one hand towel provided. My son went to ask for another towel and wad told by manager that we didnt need another towel. My son explained that there was only one towel in the room and was called a liar and was berated by the manager. The manager then told my son that she had seen more people in our rooms than we'd registered. We rented 2 rooms for 4 people and that is the number of people we had. Ultimately, the manager gave my son a towel but not before humiliating him infront of ther guests. - Both of the bathtubs were plugged with large amounts of hair. I didnt realize the situation with my tub until I was showering and the water backed up and I was quickly standing in water. No big deal until i began removing the hair from the drain and chunks of smelly feces came up in the hair. As I was doing this, I stepped back quickly in the bathtub and my foot was scraped by a broken spot in the floor of the bathtub. I took pictures of the hair and feces that id pulled from the drain as well as the hair and feces that was partially pulled from the drain. I went to explain the situation to the manager who waved me away with her hand and said "that was not taken at this motel". I tried to show her that my phone shows when the picture was taken (which was minutes before) and told her she should actually walk up to the room so she could see for herself and then have it cleaned so no other guests have the same experience. The manager was on the phone with the owner during this conversation. The owner told the manager that "the room was ready when we got there" and don't worry about it. The owner was out of town per the managers own words so how would the owner know if it was ready or not? This was a disgusting situation and the manager had no concern with fixing it. The manager was rude and unprofessional. The owner had no concern that one of his guests had this experience in his hotel.
