The Elms Hotel

Room and lobby are a bit dated, beds small for size of room. Needed towels and toilet unplugged. Like all hotels, staff was limited.

We stayed for 2 nights. My daughter and I were getting ready the second day (getting dressed) and a man walked in our room. They had assigned our room to someone else. Apparently even though we filled out all the paperwork, etc. when we arrived, we were never "confirmed" and put in as a no show. Luckily the man was a gentleman and left immediately, but that could have gone differently.

Beautiful hotel, walkable to everything. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great and the linens were nice. Great location and friendly staff.

Great hotel, but both times we were there have been garbage days and the dumpster was right under our window! If you look out and see the ally/dumpster you might want earplugs about 5am.

Great location. Elevators took a while and when we asked where stairs were located, the person working the front desk did not know! Other than that, all was good.

Nice hotel - very comfortable.
