Great stay

Breakfast is terrible and has degraded over time. Facility needs repairs and entrance carpet should be changed. The house keepers are great and always cheerful as well as Flora, Joshua. Others are not as good /hospitable

The property showed a pool, however when we got there we were told there was no pool on property. The room however was nice and neat with enough dishware, pots and pans. The breakfast was not as wholesome as we thought but it was available.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good enough especially the pumpkin seeds, oatmeal, bacon, etc. The outdoor grounds were inviting and well-kept. I booked through a third party (Booking.com) and the hotel was full due to graduation season. The bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed to be in a handicapped room which may have been my doing as I booked through a third party. The furniture was scuffed and flaking. What was alarming is that I requested a featherless room as I am allergic to feathers. There were feathers in the pillows and I had an allergic reaction. This resulted in me having a cold which I still have. Luckily, it wasn't a more severe reaction that would have resulted in a hospital visit.

First time staying here. The bed was very comfortable and was nice having the separate bedroom/living room space.

Great stay

We had a fantastic three-week stay at this hotel with our service dog, and we highly recommend it, especially for long stays. We booked a studio room, which was very convenient and well-equipped. The kitchen appliances met all our needs, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable, and we always had hot water, which was a big plus. The housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The front desk team was just as welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our service dog felt completely comfortable here, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating toward him, which made us feel truly welcome. Another great perk is the location—plenty of dining and shopping options within a 10-minute radius. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating long-term stay!
