Residence Inn as a whole has gone down in overall appearance and quality or just this one? Since when did they start giving paper dishes and plastic spoons for breakfast? Since when did they start charging for water bottles? There are so many weird and not-so-good things about this hotel - no cabinets under the kitchen top, no cutlery, and the vanity area was so cramped. Stained walls. I will really hesitate to book Residence Inn in the future.

All amenities needed for our stay however everything is outdated. Also, our room was freezing. We all woke up with the sniffles.
