Everything was digitalized, I didn't have to carry any front door key/room key/locker key, which was very stress-releaving. Everything was very clean, the room was big, and people working there were very friendly. Although there is no reception, when I had a request on WhatsApp I received help instantly. The location is excelent as well.

Our dorm was to the front so bit noisy from street, but guess that's the compromise for good location

La struttura è centralissima, ad un passo dal cuore del centro storico. Subito fuori l’ostello ci sono fermate dei tram e dei bus che in un attimo ti portano ovunque. La camerata femminile molto carina e ordinata. La cucina ben dotata di tutto il necessario e pulita.

Il bagno delle donne non è mai stato pulito da quando ho fatto il check in. Se non è possibile farlo lavare tutti i giorni, meglio mettere a disposizione dei detersivi nel bagno per pulirlo da sole, non solo il wc net. Il lenzuolo di sotto del mio letto era un po’ strappato, sarebbe meglio fare attenzione a queste cose. Ma la cosa peggiore è che la notte tutti urlano, litigano e fanno festa fino a mattina dove c’è il cancello dell’ostello e io ho dormito pochissimo a causa del rumore delle liti continue della gente ubriaca per strada.

Location near historical centre

Very noisy location, there are a lot of drunkeness and screaming people under your windows, which are to the street. All night! Under the hostel is a club with dance music, rumbling is listening till 7h in the morning! Plus, there was a nasty fight at night that must have woken up half the hostel. Trams run from morning onwards. Not easy virtual checkin No sale for guests (should have been)

The room was great, and I especially liked the smart system with individual passcodes for both the room door and locker.

However, the bathroom facilities were limited. There was only one toilet per gender on each floor, which was often not enough. The shower area was quite small, the drainage could be improved, and there was little space to put clothes or toiletries. Also, there is a bar on the ground floor, so music and vibrations could be heard in the room throughout the evening! This has seriously affected the rest of the guests.
