Smy Mediterranean White Santorini

The location was ideal, not far from airport and within reasonable distance from most main tourist spots.

There were unfortunately quite a few issues during my stay. On the first day, there was no water available until approximately 6pm, followed by no hot water until the following morning. In addition, my first room was full of ants. I was moved to another room, however the following day there were ants again in the second room, despite it being completely separate from the first. When I raised this with the manager on my final day, explaining I called multiple times and it took over 45 minutes for someone to come and check, I was extremely disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating the issue, I was accused of being dishonest and told I must have left food crumbs in the room. I politely explained multiple times that the first incident occurred within minutes of checking in, I had simply left my luggage and gone out for dinner. Regarding the second room, I even asked for CCTV footage to be checked, as I had never brought food or snacks into either room at any point. Whilst there were a few smaller issues throughout the stay that I could overlook, I found this interaction highly unprofessional. The lady who checked me in initially was lovely and helpful, and the older handyman gentleman was also very kind and accommodating. However, the second receptionist and the manager handled the situation poorly. No guest should be called a liar, especially when they are calmly asking for CCTV to be reviewed rather than accusations being made. Will not be returning to the property.

Personnel agréable, belle chambre assez propre avec grand espace, serviettes changer tout les jours. Petit déjeuner génial avec énormément de choix salle intérieur +terrasse extérieur qui est très agréable. Extérieur très très beau avec des petites piscines quasi privative pour 3/4 chambres plus la grande piscine super belle. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est très beau et sent très bon dans le hall et dans les chambres très agréable. Bagagerie très pratique avec les dame de l’accueil qui vous laisse allée chercher ou ramener des affaires ce qui est super si vous partez plus tard dans la journée.

Nous avons eu un soucis avec une lumière au moment de dormir qui éclairer comme en plein jour pour la sortie de secours qui ne pouvais pas s’éteindre nous avons informé directement le personnel qui a fait de son mieux pour prévenir un électricien qui n’a pu venir que le lendemain il nous a donc été IMPOSSIBLE de dormir la première nuit ce qui est absolument inacceptable dans un hôtel à plus de 100€ la nuit aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, lorsque le problème a été régler le lendemain nous avons pu dormir en nous réveillant nous avons eu la surprise de voir qu’il n’y avais pas d’eau chaude ni à la douche ni au robinet sur la journée entière ce qui est également inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce soit disant « standing ». La salle de bain est complètement ouverte il n’y a enfaite pas de salle de bain le lavabo est directement dans la chambre nous avons horreur de ce système avec ma mère nous n’avons vraiment pas apprécié. L’hôtel est loin de la ville nous ne connaissions pas santorin nous avons dû tout faire en taxi ou bus ce qui nous a énormément augmenté le prix du séjour un arrêt de bus est au bout de la rue mais seulement 4/5 bus par jour passe (il n’y en a plus après 17h) pour la capitale uniquement il faut en prendre un autre puis repayer pour allez ailleurs attention ceci n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel (juste de la prévention) mal desservi et loins de tout. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. Nous n’avons pu faire aucune activité proposée par l’hôtel elles été toutes hors de prix et plus cher qu’ ailleurs, pas de prix arrangeant pour les résidents de l’hôtel au contraire les trajet qu’ils proposer à 25€ nous avons trouver à 17€ ailleurs , les trajets à 45€ nous les avons trouvé à 35€ ect , massage possible entre 150€ et 200€ par personne alors que j’en ai trouver à 80€ pour quelqu’un qui pouvais se déplacer en chambre jusqu’à l’hôtel.

Sve je bilo divno, aerodrom je blizu hotela ,tj odmah pored hotela, bukvalno ih deli ulica. Na recepciji smo upoznali predivnu zenu koja nas je tako prijatno dočekala,toliko je pozitivna i prijatna, mislim da se zove Marija,morala sam da je napomenem,toliko je prijatna da vam pozdravom ulepsa dan😊i veliki pozdrav za Mariju🤗. Doručak je bio odličan, čistoća isto ,svaki dan su čistili sobu i menjali peškire. Bazen su isto svaki dan čistili. Sto se tice hotela,hotel je predivan i toplo ga preporucujem. Imate blizu market koji je dobro snabdeven. Jedina mana je lokacija u smislu da nemate gde uveče da prošetate ,ali zato rentiranje auto je povoljno i sto se tice obilaska ostrva je dobro pozivioniran da se obidje Pyrgos koji je jako blizu,Fira ,Imerovigli i Oia. Tako da vredi da budete u ovom hotelu da izuvate i odmarate a uvece setnja na Calderi.Samo imajte u vidu rentiranje auta ,a mislim da je i autobuska stanica jako blizu.

Location was lovely nice and peaceful Atmosphere was beautiful peaceful staff were amazing Rooms were beautiful, cozy and very clean Value was brilliant not too expensive Amenities are fabulous, even on day of check out you could use the pool and whatnot until you’re leaving time 10/10 would definitely recommend staff were just amazing and super friendly

All the rooms were not together. The location of the hotel isn’t centrally located. It’s a bit far away from downtown area. One of the rooms where I stayed to celebrate my birthday had broken shower door which we noticed after check in. I called to inform front desk but nothing was done about it. As a result of the broken shower door, once we take our shower, the water will be all over the bathroom floors so it’s like walking back into a dirty soaking wet floor. The mini fridge in my room had pieces of it also broken prior to check in. The pool chair covers need a deep cleaning. Hotel didn’t even wish me a happy birthday even though they knew in advance I was celebrating my birthday. The small memorable details does a make wow impact for guess and I feel that the hotel missed the mark here.

Just had a 4 night stay at SMY Mediterranean White..The hotel is situated across the road from the airport, so 10min transfer time, & added bonus of being the 1st drop-off with TUI..as beautiful as it is, honestly, it's a little out of the way for us..(40min walk into Kamari) we'd booked a superior room with shared pool..nicely decorated..there was an issue with the internet which they were unable to resolve for us, so the hotel manager (lovely Maria) told us they were moving us to another room - we were upgraded to a Junior Suite with shared pool (no charge - due to the inconvenience) - beautifully decorated. Receptionists - Irini & Dina were lovely, very helpful & knowledgeable.. Breakfast is held in the restaurant - a buffet - plenty of choice of hoy & cold food & drinks. You can have lunch & dinner at the pool bar..We had 1 meal there in the evening which was a chicken kebab platter which was lovely. If youre looking for somewhere quiet & chilled (apart from the airport noise that is) in beautiful surroundings, & don't mind being a long walk, or taxi ride into town (€20 each way) then SMY Mediterranean White is the place to stay 🩷

I can not recommend this hotel enough. Small, quiet, clean and peaceful. If you’re a female looking for a solo trip this is ideal. Has everything you need!! The food is absolutely amazing - no complaints. Drinks made fresh and quality. But the best part about my stay was genuinely the staff!! Maria, Irene and Dina especially - made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much to ask! Such friendly service from the workers and cleaners :). I can’t wait to return but next time with company :) xxxx
