Super 8 by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area

This hotel wasn't bad at all. Clean room and bed to get a good rest, clean bath also. If you're visting the eastide/downtown detroit area, this is a great place to place a reservation. Unlimited shopping/eating areas.

This hotel is cheap. And the heaters in the rooms work. That is the only positive about the place. The bed sheets are scratchy, the towels are worse. The parking lot borders an indigent hotel on one side and a homeless shelter to the rear. It is not uncommon to be approached in the parking lot and asked for money, etc. If you're hurtin'- it's a roof.

We were very impressed with the kindness and friendliness of those with whom we spoke when we came and then in the evening we played cards at one of the tables and they were very generous in allowing us to do so. Yes, I would recommend this to others.

They gave poor customer service in everyway. No smile, no help, just check you in and out.

A bit stingy with towels and full of excuses not to have any ready and to give out more. With two adults and three kids showering towels would be nice! Other than this, it was fine.

Super 8 in Roseville was a good deal for the price. It was as advertised. Nothing fancy, but not bad, al all. Front desk chap was friendly. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. I'll go back

Loud noise from room above ALL night long. We think someone lives there. Complained and they could not move us, saying they were full, when a friend checked in with no reservation about 2 hours later......said they have 53 rooms, counted maybe 20 cars in the parking lot.......not pleased with this place and will not go back

Usually you have at laest TWO Large towels-I asked for two extra towels and was told I would have to bring back dirty ones First...... Also,This was the FIRST TIME EVER I was told I had to Leave a TEN DOLLAR Deposit to Use The Iron and Ironing Board!!.....I would recommend to Others for a Short Stay Only.......If I,m only going to stay a couple of nights,I would go back.....But for a longer tim e,..NO!

The hotel was conveniently located near I-94 which is what we wanted. But it certainly was not the best value for our dollar. The main lobby had that smokey/musty smell and the room was even less appealing. It reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The carpet was dirty and would benefit from some carpet fresh. The Front deskperson tried to freshen the room with some air freshner but that only provided temporary relief. The breakfast was ok! Would not recommend this hotel unless it was priced at $29.99/nt or lower.

When I arrived, I received a handicap room, because that's what Hotels.com booked through the hotel! If the description says Accessible, that means it's a handicap room. The QUEEN bed was more like a FULL/DOUBLE, so I had to upgrade my room to a King for an extra fee. The King room was great! And this hotel still offers smoking rooms, which was convenient for me! Will definitely book with again since staff was very understanding about me switching rooms.
