"Gross room, unhelpful staff"

Leaving

The room was dirty. Everything was stained from the carpet to the couch. Dirt all over the carpet, hairs in the shower. When I told the guy at the front desk and showed him pictures he started to argue with me that it wasn't dirty just stained. When I interrupted to say no its also dirty he sarcastically said ok ill let the manager know. The difference between the pictures on booking vs reality are hilarious. I asked front desk to help me book a baby with a carseat and they werent able to (i think because they make you use their car service which didnt have that option so they didnt want to help me use a different one). I was then able to organize it myself (a tourist in paris for the first time) within 10 mins. They also made me pay a 30 euro additional fee for early check in even though I was not even staying the night and had booked the room for a few hours to get rest between flights - very stingy.
