"Very short, we appreciated the service the front desk gave us."

We chose this property for one night stay after a day of traveling for the hot tub. Once we arrived we were informed that there were mechanical issue and the pool and hot tub were close. The front desk offered no charge cancellation right away due to the issue. The staff at was very friendly and understanding when we did cancel and move to another property.
