"Netter Aufenthalt, für ein 5-Sternehotel dennoch enttäuschend"

Zentrale Lage, schöner Außenbereich, kostenloser Parkplatz, schöner Aufenthaltsraum, nettes Personal englisch sprechend und hilfsbereit. Empfang sehr freundlich, wurde gleich ein Sherry angeboten.

Matratzen zu hart, Badezimmer gehört renoviert. Fugen teilweise schimmelig. Drücker der Toilettenspülung locker. Frühstück übersichtlich, Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomat im Frühstücksraum umgeniesbar.

Quarto amplo e confortável, simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionários. Estacionamento não pago.

Não há o que comer depois das 15h e depois das 23h. Eu já sabia que o hotel está localizado longe do centro histórico, porém, isso é algo que deve ser levado em conta na hora de escolhê-lo.

"Lovely building and great staff, but somewhat past its best."

El hotel en sí. Es un edificio magnífico con un bonito jardín. Es un cinco estrellas a precio de un cuatro estrellas.

No es justo, porque la relación calidad precio es excelente, pero creo que una renovación de las instalaciones y habitaciones le vendría bien. Aunque inevitablemente eso llevaría a un precio en consonancia con un cinco estrellas.

"5 Sterne, kann nicht sein."

Die Lage ist toll. Die Anlage gepflegt. Das Personal ist 50% zuvorkommend, 50% nicht interessiert einen tollen Service zu bieten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sauber.

Das Frühstück lässt in Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Den Kaffee trinkt man besser im Zimmer. Der Service sollte geschult werden. Es kommt einem vor als ob die Rechnung das wichtigste ist. An unserem Tag fand eine Geburtstagsfeier im Innenhof statt. Als Gast mit Fenster zum Hof war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Obwohl eine Nacht erstattet wurde, sollte eine Information abgegeben werden. In der Villa gibt es weder spanische gute Tapas noch einen Wein der die spanische Qualität hat. Zu einem Apero werden alte Nüsse serviert. Peinlich. Für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung war es wohl eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen die wir gemacht haben.
