The bed was uncomfortable

I was looking for a rooms for a family of 5 on a quick weekend getaway. This couldn't have been more perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and the whole experience was excellent. Will stay there again if I go back

Bed caved inwards, very uncomfortable. Poor quality pillows. Very few amenities. NO ROOM SERVICE, at all. We called front desk to inquire about room service and the rep advised there was none and to walk to the grocery store to buy items to eat there. (Unfriendly rep on that call) we ended up checking out at 4am due to inability to sleep on bad bed.

Beautiful location, great staff, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi - couldn't have wanted more.

We had never been to South Lake Tahoe before so we decided to go.We checked another web site for availability and Cheap Tickets was cheaper.It was the best place to .From the time we arrived until we left there wasn't anything you could want that wasn't provided.The rooms have a full kitchen if you chose to cook and the room we had overlooked the swimming pool and hit tub which are heated with a fire pit.The bed was very comfortable and spacious for two people.The bathroom was very nice as well.I do have to say the valet parking guys were number one I have never been so well taken care of.if you are planning a trip to south Lake Tahoe please check this place out you won't be disappointed.you are right by the gondola for skiing and the casinos are just down the street . We will return.

Outstanding stay my only complaint was the pillows (too big for me). Located right by everything and with the beach pass you can't beat this place. Staff was outstanding.

The Marriott Grand Residences was the perfect place to stay if you want to ski at Heavenly. Just walk out to catch the gondola. We stayed in a king one bedroom. The room was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. The staff was very friendly and professional. We will be back next year.

Had a wonderful experience. The room was well appointed, and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. My only complaint is that the bed was way too hard for comfort, and the sheets felt like plastic. With the price of the room, I expected better quality and comfort.

There's only one thing perfect about this hotel- the location. Otherwise, it's probably not worth the money. Quick summary: * it's literally a 30second walk to the heavenly gondola * our room had a really strong smel of cleaning detergents. We changed rooms, and the new room was only slightly better. This may be a general issue in the winter, since they probably don't air out the rooms when it's cold out. * the hot tubs and pools are very nice * valet staff were helpful but not overly nice. They also forgot to retrieve our car and had to be reminded after we stood there for 15 minutes waiting
