Poca gestione delle comunicazioni considerando che l ufficio è anche al di fuori della struttura. Purtroppo poi non potendo chiamare con il cellulare, è stato complicato doversi recare fisicamente per fare le domande necessarie

Really great property! The rooms were larger than I expected, the place was very clean and we had a great view of the sea.

The shower pressure could have been stronger and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.

We arrived very late and the office is actually opposite the main road in the Keys. However it was well described and the road sign is hard to miss. At the entrance gate there is a doorman who is helpful to provide info. Description to get to flats was very good. The pool area is great and big enough. There are plenty of animals around the area and it is very far from the noise of the main road. Kids loved the pickleball court and the whirlpool.

The prices of drinks and snacks at the pool are very high. It could feature tennis / pickleball rackets which was not the case.

Clean with a lovely management company who were very an accommodating!

No sand on the beach!
