Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a balcony, very clean, and equipped with a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is excellent, featuring a large swimming pool, a spacious jacuzzi, and access to a small private beach. The property is set back from the street, which makes it quiet and peaceful.

The check-in process was unusual and inconvenient. After arriving at the property, we were directed to a separate office located about 2 miles away on a main road to complete the formalities, and only then could we check in. Additionally, although we had a reservation for three people, the apartment was prepared for only two—some bedding was missing, as well as a third beach towel and other essentials.

Nous étions déçu par la plage privée de l'hôtel car impossible d'aller dans l'eau tellement il y avait d'algues et beaucoup de végétation à côté c'est dommage car la plage en elle même est bien équipée avec transat et parasol et table de pique nique

Didn’t like that there was no communication about having to drive to a totally different location to pick up the keys

Not much. The location was good and it had wifi.

The furniture was broken. The bed was so uncomfortable. The lights didn't work in the Kitchen, the closet, in the master bedroom and the master bathroom. The furniture was so cheap - the dresser draws didn't open or close well in the master bedroom. The apartment was very dated and not very clean - we were in 3215

We went to the property first and then were sent to an off-site office. The check-in was also rather late. 5:00 in the afternoon. Otherwise, fine.
