The staff is super amazing! Food was great and resort is so close to everything

Great food and food options. Love being able to have access to sister hotel/amenities.

Overall we liked our stay very much if I could change one thing it would be that the buffet would have more options. We tend to eat very late around 9 o’clock at night and sometimes there was nothing to eat. I would def go back.

Some other guest left dirty plates with left over food outside there door and it wasn’t picked up during the day stay there all day,

No good food options, poor amenities, poor grounds.

Disfrutamos de nuestras vacaciones en este hotel, solo hubo uno empleado que no nos querían atender en el hotel Rose que también era parte del paquete del que habiamos pagado. El mesero de la piscina nos dijo que no podia tomarnos la orden porque faltaba 15 minutos para cerrar, que me fuera con mi familia al restaurante que estaba enfrente del mar (no recuerdo el nombre, es el que tiene una porabola cafe- techo abierto) para que me tomaran la orden. Después, mi familia y yo nos dirigimos hacia el restaurante y el mesero, del restante, nos dijo que en la piscina nos tenian que tomar la orden... me moleste porque nosntraian para alla y para aca! Asi que regrese con el mesero Joaquin el que nos dijo desde un principio que nos fuéramos a restaurante a ordenar que por favor nos tomara la orden! Lo cuál hizo. No me gusto la actitud de ninguna de las dos partes de estos dos mesero!
