The staff did their best however the property is geared for self check in/check out which can be cumbersome for older people. We liked the central location and quiet address however the air con in the room was noisy.

Despite our confirmation stating a total payment required at the hotel of $707.76, a further $11.49 was added as "Credit card transaction fee". We feel that this 1.5 percent fee is an unnecessary impost and should be either absorbed by the hotel as a cost of doing business or highlighted as an additional cost to be paid.

The location is good, room had comfortable beds and good bathroom.

As almost everything is online there is only 1 staff member in a bland foyer. The place is not welcoming. This hotel has no personality. It would be ok in walking distance of an airport for short term stays but in the hub of Darwin the hotel has no heart or soul.
