I liked the early check-in

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - just a minute's walk to the waterfront. Room had everything we needed and we had a good night's sleep. (to be honest, the best night's sleep I've had in a while). Very thankful for the parking space in the basement. The breakfast exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend it!

The button to adjust the heater/aircon unit in the room was marked with a pen and made no sense to me and so I felt that the room was somewhat stuffier and warmer than I would have liked it. No information available upon arrival in the room - e.g. re wifi, the restaurant (only an advertisement re happy hour...so when we went down to the restaurant at 17:00, we had to go back to our room until 17:30, when it did open for food). Minor irritations.

Location, when we checked in the music was very loud so it was difficult to hear the receptionist.

Street side is a bit noisy.

Thermostat in our room did not work properly. Turned it down to 10 degrees as it was so stuffy. Still did not work. Breakfast - eggs and beans on service were warm at best which was dissapointing. Great range though. Kids loved it. People were being encouraged to use auto coffee maker rather than having one made. Id have preferred a real coffee. Would have paid although think it should be part of service. Need to be clear ill come.back again. People are lovely. Place is convenient. Barman night we stayed interacted well as did breakfast staff. Just little things. Thanks.

The room was very average - too small, no toiletries, not very clean - would never come back.

Very handy to everywhere we needed to be in the city.
