Staff was excellent in friendliness, hospitable, explaining things. But only complaint is room not comfortable. Hard hard bed and chair. Woke up in pain.

"Best Hotel in Forest "

Bathroom was dirty (hair on floor and tub was not clean) and the carpet looked dirty. Definitely needs to be updated to represent the Holiday Inn brand.

Everything was okay. The only issue I had was that the bathroom has mold in the wall by the toliet and it smell like mold on the side of the bed I slept on. In addition, the swimming pool had not been cleaned.
