Location was perfect

Me encantó la ubicación, la facilidad de entrar y salir y sobre todo, el café y agua gratis, ya que desayunar fuera era carísimo

The hotel position to public transport, shops and nearness to practically everything. The city evening hangout on a weekend(friday was quite impressive). Everyone trying to relax and to make the most oit of it. I enjoyed the sight.

Very convenient location for city centre, pleasant immediate neighbourhood. Staff are pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Excellent black out curtains, which in the Summer were very much appreciated. By Brussels standards the room was quiet, with very little traffic in the square below. The cooking/kitchen facilities, while modest, were well desiged (fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.). The room even had a small dishwasher, which was unexpected.

Check out could be quite a bit more efficient, longish waits on the morning I was leaving with only one person on the desk and slow computers/payment facilities. Given there was a dishwasher, perhaps more than two cups and glasses per room would be good idea.
