Great location

Not well maintained, a bit rundown

Camera enorme, vista bellissima sulla piazza, ben arredata e ben insonorizzata. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo e simpatico. Acqua e caffè gratuiti illimitati.

Piccolo neo: non avere l’aria condizionata

L’unico aspetto che consiglierei di migliorare riguarda l’installazione dei condizionatori, che renderebbero la permanenza ancora più confortevole, soprattutto nei periodi più caldi.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed here many times but this time the cleaning policy had changed and now cleaning is offered only for stays of more than 6 days. Given the price of the room, it seems strange to have to empty the garbage and pick up clean towels whereas in the past the room was cleaned more often. The room was very hot (no air conditioning) which meant we had to keep the windows open, but then we could not sleep due to the noise from the people gathered in the garden area until after midnight.

Location was very good near to metro and the grand palace area also the staff were really helpful as much as they could

No AC just normal little fans and no bottled water

very good stay, clean place, very kind people
